Parkside Dems Committee Brings Holiday Cheer Through the Sponsor a Child Program

This holiday season, the Parkside Dems Committee partnered with City Team to bring smiles and support to a local family in need through the Sponsor a Child program. Our committee came together with a shared goal: to make the holidays brighter for those facing challenges in our community.

Our volunteers generously donated their time, energy, and money to purchase toys, clothing, and gifts tailored to the needs and wishes of the sponsored family. The thoughtful contributions of our members showcased the true spirit of giving and unity during this special time of year.

To top it all off, we were honored to have Councilman Michael Costigan deliver the gifts directly. His support and personal involvement added an extra layer of warmth and community connection to this initiative.

We are incredibly proud of the efforts of our committee and grateful to everyone who played a part in making this holiday season a joyful one for our sponsored family. Together, we are building a stronger, more compassionate community.
